Strange Paypal problem - Any Suggestions ?

    Hi ,

    I have a US Verified Paypal , and i have balance of $130 , Paypal Balance : $130 , but when i tried to send $15 to some one , it shows me this message :

    You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money.

    Though i have funds , it's verified ...What should be the problem ??

    Any suggestions or anyone experiencing the same ??

    Is this a new paypal account? Or you just received the money 2 or 3 days ago?
