strange pagerank situation, what is this?

OK, it seems that a ton of my internal pages all got an increase in pagerank, but my homepage did not get an increase and has the same pagerank as my new internal pageranks!

Is this normal and is the pagerank update still going on?

This happened to one of my new sites 2 PR updates ago. My homepage did not get PR until the next update, even though the inner pages all got PR.

On some client sites, two have contact us pages with higher PR then their homepage. And on another client site, their about us page has higher PR then the homepage. That's from this update, so a little strange. But that's PR...

"About us" and "contact" most would do no-follow on i think IMHO

If "about us" ranks higher then you are doing something wrong.

personally i think google gave up on "all sites/pages RP change/don't change at the same time" and now they do a very loooooong roll out of changes now.

My browser with the Google toolbar. I visit the pages and check the green bar.

    *shrug* Is there another way?

Its happen to me. My homepage from PR0 to PR1. But my blog, from PR0 to PR3. I think that already make me happy with that situation.

Two of the pages noted above are included in the company's sitelinks. Nofollowing them would eventually lead to those pages being dropped from the sitelinks and/or deindexed completely.

The PR shown on the TB is just a fluke, because other pages in the site rank relatively well - but still need more work.
