Strange Page Rank

    Dear guys,
    I found strange page-rank for a site.
    here a screenshot that I have :

    You can see that this site having PR 3 but this site's age is very young and have no links neither on google nor bing.
    This site is autoblog, so it's content is copying from somewhere else.
    May be some of you can tell me how to increase a pagerank like this site.

    Age doestn matter as long as it has enough PR juice and the google update the PR. Some site reach PR4 in 10 days.
    By the way, you shall also check whether this is fake PR or not

    In general, domain age is a big factor in Google algorithm. How is it possible that an younger website with such good page rank?? Really strange :confused:

    Do you know how to validate it's PR?
    I've checked on checkpagerank.net and it say the pagerank is valid.

    You should research a bit more. In all probability, there could be some other domain that is 301'ing to this domain which is passing on the PR juice. However, for 22 days it seems quite strange.

    Ow yes, I've heard about 301'ing the site.
    Is it not dangerous for our pagerank ?
    Can google sandboxed our site if we do that ?
