Strange! NO ads showing on homepage, every other page has relevant ads!

I have a strange problem on my latest site, I hope someone here can help.

I have no ads showing on my homepage, or public service ads. EVERY other page on the site has relevant ads! How strange is that?

I see mediapartners-goolge bot hitting the page every few days, normal google bot is also indexing the pages. 200+ visits per day (humans reported via awstats).

When I first started the site, I created a static html page with a few paragraphs which were keyword rich. I had adsense on that and got good relevant ads and even this "empty" page attracted 10-15 hits per day from google. When I had finished the proper site and went live, the ads disappeared from the homepage, never to return. Its been about 17 days now, still no ads. I am using the latest wordpress with a custom theme, homepage is as far as I can see, the same as the other pages.

I am not an adsense noob, i've been running successful sites for a few years now, I just can't see what could be causing this. Any suggestions?

Its a kind-of adult themed site, gallery postings etc... don't worry, theres no pornography or nudity on the site itself, its about the clothing. There's a few links though. Just to warn ya.

if you have to "warn" us then, that would be unacceptable in Google TOS.

 

I'm getting a public service ad on your index page.

 

Google TOS prohibits pornographic content for sure, and there is no pornographic content on the site, just pictures of ladies. Some people may not want to view that. I just thought it would be polite since this isn't that kind of forum.


PSA is there sometimes, others its just blank. After this length of time, I would of thought it could find some content.

You are using some words which are triggering google's adult filter. Remove them and your ads should be back again on the home page

 

I think I removed the trigger words now, I'll see what happens. Thanks for pointing that out.

Anybody else think this site might cause a problem with the TOS? even though its possible adult, Google only prohibits "pornographic" content which I assume to be nudity. Since there is none of that on the pages with the adverts I should be OK? My web host does not allow pornographic content, but they OK'd my site, so how strict is Google? (bearing in mind they place adult "nude personals" ads on my landscape photography site!!!)

Thanks for the help sorting this out, I'll just play the waiting game to see if it worked.

It's just your home page showing PSA ads - the inner pages seem fine.

This sometimes happens when your site first goes online - give it time, when it's indexed by Google the ads will appear I am sure.

 

The red dots posts will definitely get you in trouble with Google Adsense...

Is there a way I can find out from Google a definitive yes/no for having adsense on this site? I don't want to walk the fine line because I WILL fall off!
