My website is targeted to Canadian's so it's no good of my website being placed in all the other google's website except Canada's. Anyone know what the reason might be. I find it quite strange.
Are you saying that it isn't as highly ranked in Google.ca as it is in the .com and other versions? Is your domain a .ca? Or is it hosted in Canada?
i am asking for the name of your website so that can have a look to it because i have never come across such a problem
I'd like to keep the domain confidential at the moment, but its not ranked on Google.ca at all! like even i fit was top 1000 or so nothing checked it with a few tools as well and manually checked it
You need to give Google signs that your website targets the Canadian market. It may be a good idea to include the word 'Canada' or 'Canadian' somewhere on some of your pages. Of course it will also help a lot to have links from Canadian based websites...websites that are .ca or are hosted in Canada. I have heard that it helps to get links from directories that have regional sections. Maybe that's because the link url and page title may have the word Canada in it. I think it would also help the have a Canadian address posted on your website. Having a .ca domain yourself gives a big boost as well.
Still No lucky at all, Funny thing is .com etc. shows my website first page where .ca its no where to be found any more tips and advices?
