Strange! Google allows TOS violators!

The strange thing is this is the landing page for their Adword campaign. Wonder how the adword team approved this at first place.

 

Maybe they were distracted by the hot Slovak...

 

I don't see a TOS violation!? Is that adsense on the website?
Google cannot review each adsense publisher every day.
There are many violators out there....here's one example: cheapcomputersandparts.com

Well it is fully hidden in IE!
In FF & Opera you'll see only the headline and rest of the 720 X 90 banner is hidden. So no clue for the visitors to know them as ads.

True but this is a ADWORD landing page. I beleive they check the landing page for every adword campaign.

 

i still don't see any violation... it has content, and the ads are not misleading. Wheres the violation?

Right click (FF) on ads and select This Frame -> Show Only This Frame.
What you get now?

 

LOL, they changed it back. It looks alright now. Did you report them?

 

They are still hiding the ads by google so still in violation.

 

lol mine wern't like that... the info was at the back, ads over the top fully visible, in both ie and firefox, thats a clear violation lol

 

I am seeing all the ads correctly according to TOS.

 

Forget the ads. I wonder how they can possibly convert on tennis keywords...

No violation in Firefox. Maybe a lot of keywords as title for the images but I don't see it as a violation of the TOS.
