Sounds like youve gotten into a bit of trouble here. Firstly google arent the easiest company to comunicate with. They dont have an office in your local village for a start.

Changing the name of payee for tax avoidance reasons would be illegal, this could be a reason.

    I don't think so.
Maybe he wants in his wife name to pay less (normal and legal - at least in my country).
When you buy something you can ask for the paper to be in your name, your wife or your business.
It all depends were it fits better.

You need to email them immediately and tell them. They most likely will get rid of the invalid clicks or have done so allready. They then will direct you how to click on your ads through their system that will not count against you. There is a way to do it, but remember that it is seperate from your site and you will not be penalized for it nor will you receive any income from using this. It is always a good idea to make sure you understand the program you are using for ad delivery so that you do not come into these types of problems again. Good luck.

Urgh. How could you not know that clicking on your own ads is something you're not supposed to do? Unless this is your first time on the Internet, it's unbelievable that a webmaster, someone who knows how to design and put up a site, wouldn't know that clicking on an ad (CPM or CPC like Adsense) is click fraud. I mean, come on, if you have the intelligence to create a site and slap a moneymaking program like Adsense on it, you know enough not to click on your own ads. I just don't buy any of these, "I didn't know" excuses. I mean, come on!

Definitely. It probably set off all kinds of alarms and they probably red flagged him, then went through his records for any hint of illegality and then just banned him to save themselves future troubles. I think I would have done likewise in their shoes.

Agreed. Also if you read the program policies as you should it states all this right there. Accounts are non-transferrable so that you could find out by reading the policies as you should have and they are not long and in depth to begin with so if you cannot take the time to read them then you should not even join.
