Strange Earnings and clicks today.

    I saw some thing strange today in my adsense account. I usually get 100 clicks and make 4 - 5 USD /day with them for my one site but today i had got 85 clicks in 4 hours and made 3 $ this is strange because em getting clicks very fast today. my CTR is also 18 . which is usually 8 - 10. website is in my signature. " Image hosting site"

    I m a bit worried because i think some one is click bombing. would any one reffer me a click tracking system??

    you can use asrep for click tracking... it's legal under adsense TOS

    yeah i had e mailed them. lets see what happens. i had never got 150 clicks in 8 hour to my image hosting with 16% ctr :eek:

    It looks definately like click bombing, contact Google Adsense Support as quick as possible.

    It seems I was click bombed too today. Don't worry, google will settle things down and devalue your clicks if necessary.

    I would suggest you to wait a few more hours and see if the clicks continue to increase above the normal.
    Of so, contact the AdSense Support Team and let them know about that.

    look at your traffic logs. See if your visitors during the same time period are coming from the same IP ranges or if they are coming from multiple geos. Its possible you had an image that became popular and was virally passed among friends. These spikes are common with media sharing sites. But do verify that the IPs are coming from different locations.

    If you have 100 page impressions and 100 clicks, the dollar value will be next to null. That's part of google's fraud checker

    200 clicks so far today with CTR 14% in 12 hours i wish they would be 300 today. :) i had informed google.
