strange code attached to the outbound link...

    On some websites there is some code along with the outbound link, such as: http%3a%2f%2fwww.example.com.

    There is no nofollow, but I wonder about this code, and if it prevents search engines from seeing the link....?

    it's just url encoding... i'm sure the search engines can decode it.
