hello, I have the latest VB installed, 3.8.4. The front end runs without a single problem. But in some parts of the admin, i get strange characters coming up. Not all but some, like when you change something, after you click save, it brings up those characters. and some option pages does not come up at all, instead replaced by those characters again. mainly works fine, but very annoying. I've used vb for about 9 years now and never seen that before! You might want to check with your web host. You may be missing something in your hosting like ajax, cron jobs, php5 or something to cause an error like that. Also have you posted this on vbulletin.com forum or vbulletin.org even? They may have a better idea of what is going on.
checked with host, everything is fine. as i run other much more complicated php scripts with no errors. just this admin area.
