Strange Case Noticed In Google Search Result

I am the webmaster of techbongo.com, a website development and hosting company in Kolkata, India.
I am monitoring search results of my preferred keywords day and night. I got huge improvement in past 2 weeks. Believe me, only 2 weeks. For my search tag, my site's homepage had a position of 57th 15 days ago. Today it is on 6th position (excluding Google Maps Results).

But, I noticed the most strange result on Google Search page. It was 4 hrs ago, from the posting time. I was testing the same tag. I saw, my site was on 11th position last night (IST). But, I surprised to see today, that my site disappeared from 2nd page. I browsed 3rd, 4th... upto 7th page. My site was not listed on first 70 results. I logged in to Google Webmaster's Tool. I suspected, there may be some infraction, received from Google. NO. Nothing was there. I couldn't find out any reason of this odd case.

A minute ago, I researched with the same tag and I surprised again. My site is now on 6th position.

Do you know folks, why Google removed my site for a while and after that gave me a better position (5 steps up). Was this because, something was getting updated on Google's Databse? I need to know about the strange behaviour of Google.

It's normal and happens all the time, the changes you're seeing in the SERP's is simply because Google keeps on updating their Data Centers and till your website new ranking gets synchronized on all of them your ranking will keeps on bouncing all the time..

Expect to get things straight up within a week or so ;)

Well, this happens to know as "Google Dance". And, this can be seen with only new sites. Once you get some backlinks, the ranking will be steady.
And, BTW, I am from Kolkata, too.

Nice to hear from you. I am new with this term. I'll now search google for the term.
But as per your reply, still 2 things are strange for me.
    1. My site is not new. It's older than a year. And I already have number of backlinks.
    2. But, can it be a difference of 70 results. I mean, last night it was on 11th place. Today not in top 70. Again within 3-4 hrs on 6th place? This is really worst thing for them, who are investing millions for SEO, I guess.:p

I'd suggest you to submit a sitemap in GWT and verify the site there.
You can also monitor your rankings for your keywords there.

First of all, were all the other things equal when you were checking your serps? I mean, local vs .com results, signed in/off your google account?
Also, are you using any tools for the monitoring?

This is a common issue with Google organic Results for new sites or sites which are just coming in top 100.

I'm browsing with IE7 and Firefox. No other tool than Google Webmasters Central is used. All conditions were unchanged for all the test cases.

I don't believe changing position by 60-70 positions is natural. This should not happen very often. What do you think?
