Hi there, Recently, I saw strange cached pages on one site, and have no clue from where it comes. Pages looks like this: www.example.com/NtLjH/somepage1 www.example.com/trfjU/somepage2 www.example.com/TgFrT/laZwn/somepage3 So, there are folders with 5 random characters and then some page. This URL doesn't exist, and never existed. Google webmaster tools said in 'Linked from' column 'Unavailable'. How Google picked up this nonexisting pages (they don't exist and returns 404)?
An example will be: www. judygames .com /OYZoK/ dress_up.asp ? game=Doggy_dressup This page not exist or ever existed. page without that /OYZoK/ does exist. Cached page contains only: <html><head><meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0"></head></html>
That's very technical and happens to some other companies too,, especially on sites/servers that host many domains where Google both probably get through between database and fetch a detail and attach it for the wrong site.
It may be any technical problem from google side, to get rid of this problem, you have to make fresh xml sitemap of your site, upload that on site, remove old if exists and verify that again in google webmaster tool. It would do indexing again of your site and that problem would be solved.
