This does appear to me in the source code to be a blog with a single post. The title of the post is "Free S-ny Pl-ystation 3! Get A Free S-ny Pl-ystation 3 (PS3)" [certain vowels removed]. When the page first loads, a little 'popin' ("Legit...") appears over the beginning of the first post, but if you close it, you can see the post. A friend of mine is trying this whole free game system thing, but it seems scammy to me. Like a pyramid scheme or something.
