I just transfered this domain from one GD's account to another GD's account.
Now it appears as it follows:

    www.domain.com/DOMAIN/page.aspx

    while i expect to appear

    www.domain.com/page.aspx

I was wondering how can i fix this strange issue with this domain.

    Thanks in advance :)

Of course it can be fixed. However, did you contact go-daddy's support team about it? They can go through the solutions with you. They tend to be very helpful.

Actually i contacted the godaddy's team and i was told that it's third party code issue that is not answer i was looking for.
It is certainly that the problem is that i have done something wrong durring transfering the domain. Namely when i went to domain management (control panel) i added the new path to be like /newfolder ... including the slash. Maybe i had to simply enter the folder name that is not exisiting so they will create it for me.
    Who knows, it's very confusing.
