strange behavior of google search

    I have a website that work on a desig niche.
    I use this tool http://www.searchenginegenie.com/google-rank-checker.html to check my ranking and after this i used SEOCHAT tool. Both of them show on some good 3 work key. With this tools i see position 16, last day with these tools i haved position 83.

    But when i check manually i am only on position 83.
    This means that the datacenters are not updated wit the new position?

    maybe that tool is checking on another datacenter =D
