I have been doing some niche digging using Google as one of my tools. So, for instance, I did a search for 'Keyword A' using Google to view both the natural and AdWords listings for the keyword. Nothing strange yet. Now, I was finished with 'Keyword A' so I started my next niche finding mission with 'Keyword B'. This is where I noticed something strange. When I searched for 'Keyword B', the first few results were as expected, but positions 4-7 were showing ads related to 'Keyword A'. The keywords were not related at all, so it made the odd behavior quite obvious. Has anyone else seen this behavior?
Clear all your cookies, temporary files. If that doesnot helps restart your system and try again. If its still the same, your system may be affected with a virus. Hope this helps..... Vote for me if i answered correctly....
Yes, google has patented and implemented a search results process know as Behavioral Targeting, Personalization and Profiling. What it means is that prior searches within the same sessions will effect future search results. Meaning that if you search for shoes and then search for camping before closing your browser, google will return search results for camping shoes. Assuming that you are in the same search session and that they may be related. Its a headache for search marketers because we always have to remember to clear our search sessions so we get un-manipulated search results.
