Strange Adsense Calculations

    Hi

    Has anyone noticed something like this, all my sites are channelled by url,and the total amount is always quite a bit higher than if I add all the channels up :confused: this is across clicks and earning ?

    Yea, the report is really wierd when I look at adsense for content line its gives me figures, but then when I expand the report by url channels and add up all the clicks and earnings I get significantly lower figures than what I get for the summary main total is for clicks and earnings, not complaining tho :D

    But just wondered if there is a reason for this

    I though one of my dead sites had a miracle and started getting traffic, but I added them recently and they get nothing as suspected

    It could be an ad unit that isn't assigned to a channel. However the most likely case is that you didn't take the amount generated by Adsense for Search and Referrals into account as well.

    If you do an advance report it only shows the total for the content ads.
