Strange adsense ads, How can you do this format

I was browsing around some sites and I see this : http://chicago360.com/

They have a sponsored listing section followed by 6 or 7 adsense links but Its not in any of the formats that google allows. How is this possible?

 

This isnt a website. Its a domain parking.

 

Its domainparking, they are using http://www.parkingsite.com/
parkingsite is probably a premium publisher.

 

I think they have manipulated the code..TOS violation...

Somebody who knows coding maybe able to explain better.

Well I assumed is was some kind of parking, I just never knew that google allows certain people to manipulate their coding. Thanks for the info.

 

Free file hosting site: http://rapidshare.de is also manipulating the Google Ads to show as they wish.

They ARE Adsense.. if you have a site/network and getting more than 750000 impressions/ month ... you can do it! They ll provide the service for you as a Premium Publisher.

There isnt any Adsense code on this page, instead they are just hard-coded (or automatically generated) links. Its against google TOS. Using Adsense on parked domains is also against google TOS.
