I loaded one of my sites offline and found this beside my regular adsense ad... what is it? A new format?

Doesn't look like AdSense to me at all. One of the lesser known services I think - Adengage or something like that.

Did you check your source to see if anything unusual was there? I would upload the site and see if it goes away.

That's an Adsense ad. I've been seeing a few of those on my site as well.

If you're running a phpld directory and put straight adsense code into it you get this.

Instead of creating another file then including that file.

    If that makes sense.

It seems an ad in Japanese or chinese or latin language :D

These days I do see other language ads mixed up.

No proxy or phpld directory , it's just a plain HTML file.. it's okay since it's 100% fine once uploaded.. a bit strange though.. hm

It almost always happens. The "ad deliverer" has no context when it is viewed as a local file...when it's not on a server live on the internet. I've had it happen almost every times I've viewed a file offline and it always switches to english when I load it. Don't worry about it unless it's that way when the page is live.

I got that too when previewing my pages offline... it is very annoying because it makes harder to customize your ads when you look at some chinese letters... hopefully they will fix that glitch soon

That's an ad in Japanese. That's all I can say. Your site is offline? Strange.

I've seen them too... as mentioned above it happens when files are viewed offline and revert to related ads once implemented on your website.

It might be an adsense ad in Chinese.
