Buying Straightforward Wordpress plugin

    Hello,
    I'm seeking the development of a Wordpress plugin that will do the following.
    -I have one Wordpress site, let's call it mainblog.com, where I can go and post something in spintax form, such as {Hello|Hi|Greetings} {everyone|all|to everybody}
    -I take the RSS feed of mainblog.com.
    -I have separate Wordpress sites, i.e. blog1.com blog2.com blog3.com. I install this plugin and I enter the RSS feed of mainblog.com
    -The plugin spins the title of the post as well as the content, saves the spun post, publishes the post, then emails the administrator (me) the link to the post.
    So for example blog1.com will have "Hello all", blog2.com will have "Greetings to everybody", blog3.com "Hi all"
    -If I want to, when I go to edit the post I'll see the respective content, NOT THE SPINTAX. So for blog1.com I go to edit the post and I'll see "Hello all", etc.
    -The plugin SHOULD NOT generate new spun posts everytime I refresh the page.
    -The plugin SHOULD support nested spintax, i.e. {{this is|it's} a post|here's {a test|an attempt}}
    In essence I want the features of http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-rss-poster/ and http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordspinner/ (Except the problem with Wordspinner is that it does not save the spun posts, it saves the spintax and it generates new posts every refresh, increasing load time)

    Please PM me with previous examples of work, timeframe and cost. I have no idea how much this will cost - first time requesting development of a plugin. My intentions are to keep this with me only, not to sell it.
    Thanks
