lol all hosters say that, but they will pay u for the uploads and wont remove it till they are reported try contacting their support and ask whether they will pay even if files are reported
bax, I am not keeping that much because I want to. Its the only option for me right now, since storage.to offer only paypal payout option. The momment they decide to add ePasporte I will withdrow my funds. Yes, all hosters say that. And storage.to even said nothing about pr0n, but that didn't stopped them to remove my 130 links of pr0n 3 weeks ago, which was almost all I was sharing in that momment. And I don't complain about that. But I don't like to fear that someone will play me by saying 'we are closing your account because you shared pr0n links. Or for any other excuse they may think of, just to get rid of my account. Here, I checked another Russian hoster: UploadBox They have nice numbers, BUT they do not have remote upload option. They don't mantion what kind of payment they offer. The only thing I got from there FAQ section is that they mantion paying them thru WebMoney. So I guess that is what they support. No words about ePassporte. Also, here is the quote: NO ! I didn't even started working for them and they already said that they will close my account if I post 'prohibited' material. They already made an excuse. No thx! Both sides, hosters and uploaders know that is very hard to achive 1000 downloads with some stuff that nobody wants. And the only thing to achive that is by sharing pr0n or other things. Yes, it's forbidden, but as long as you keep spreading there links, they keep there mouth shut. But when you start thinking about getting finally paid, well...they start playing there real game. No thanks for another russian hoster! BTW. it is banned on the biggest pr0n board, so... next one please? GigaSize: It looks like stable hoster, BUT it doesn't have remote upload. So I don't have any use of them. + they will review the files you were sharing before they pay you. Next one...
I asked them 2 days ago if they can pay me thru ePassporte and they responded with: I keep them in mind but I didn't had a time to check them more. The bad thing is that I need some hoster for files smaller then 90 MB but with same paying rate like storage.to. sharingmatrix pay 5$ for files smaller then 100 MB. And I don't know if remote upload is available before you become a premium user.
Well as long as long they pay and don't shave a lot of downloads, then i'm fine with that.I might give it a try soon.
OK. Don't forget to share your experiance here. EDIT I just started downloading one file from sharingmatrix, just to see what kind of speed I will get. And the speed sucks. It's around 16 KB/s for free users. I can't even think how it would look like if you try to download some bigger file. The speed may 'force' the users to buy a premium, BUT for that you really need to share something that potential premium user may really like. And to have such material in enormous quantity. EDIT 2: If you try to download something as a free user from turbobit.net you will get lot of pop ups and ads. Even when you click in field where you should type capcha code you get another loading page. So..fck them. ...so george101, if you read my few latest posts, you saw that is not so easy to find a good reliable hoster.
@ dduck Np man..I needed the epassporte option as well..Now, i get it ..they seem to copy and paste the same message telling to wait for 2 weeks to everyone lol..Anyway, they look like adding it in near future. If at all you need money urgently..there are paypal -> epassporte exchange services..You send them money by paypal..they'll send you money by epassporte ..but the fee is high. I just checked gigasize.. they pay per 1000 uploads and not downloads? lol
I don't want to even try these 'exchange services' because there are lot of fraud in that. Also, if I could even receive money on my paypal that would be much better, but I cannot even receive it. So I could not have anything to exchange for ePassporte. I don't know between which lines did you read that storage.to is look like adding ePassporte in near future. I would really like to read that myself. Don't know how I missed that. (sorry, little joke) About gigasize... I believe they just made an expression mistake.
It can be good site, I just don't like that we can't see how much we are getting from our referrals and also would be great so see daily stats and fix remoting from rapidshare.. I'm nearly my first payout here, hope I'll get it.
It is what I was about to ask you. One month to reach $100? Not bad. I made $15 in my first week (paid already), but now I'm having a hard time to get something. This week I got only $5. The earnings are just getting too much time to be credited. I think I'm getting now cents from downloads made yesterday or the day before. It is really slow. It will give you a hard time. I don't know but those sites don't have support to ePassporte. And they can't say that ePassporte does not accept them. ePassporte accepts anyone, even adult sites with doubtful activities. I have an RS account that is always getting files removed for being adult content. They don't do nothing more than remove the files. The samething happens on MegaUpload. And I know many other guys who are always getting the files removed, but neither RS nor MU ban those users. Actually, they only remove the files after get a report from someone. They don't check each file. I don't have any experience on those hosters that george101 mentioned. But I'm gathering some basic info about them so I can register on those that can be interesting. Here is few things that you can fin on their pages: ugotfile.com $0,01 per download ($10 per 1000) Payout via Paypal (taking 5 days) Minimum payout: $5 teradepot.com $0,002 per download ($2 per 1000) Payout via Paypal (don't say how long takes) Minimum payout: they don't mention uploadspace.eu up to $0,01 per download ($10 per 1000), depends on the country. Payout via Paypal (taking 2-10 days) Minimum payout: $25 from uploadspace.eu page... uploadbox.com up to $0,02 per download ($20 per 1000), depends on the file size. Payout via WMZ purse (taking 2 days) Minimum payout: $25 turboupload.com This one seems to be a joke. Maybe I have to sign up to have access to more info. up to $0,02 per download ($20 per 1000), depending on the file size and country. They don't mention what kind of payout they support and how it takes. Minimum payout: they don't mention flyfile.us up to $0,01 per download ($10 per 1000), depending on the file size and country. Payout via Paypal and Webmoney (dont mention how long it takes) Minimum payout: they pay every 14 days flyfile.us has a funny thing on their page: "Do not delete your files, if paid out in PENDING". I guess they are taking too much time to complete a payment and people are just removing the files. uploadline.com up to $0,001 per download ($1 per 1000), depending on the file size and country. Payout via Paypal (takes 3 days) Minimum payout: dont mention up-file.com up to $0,04 per download ($40 per 1000), only for USA and Russia They don't mention that kind of payout they support and how it takes. Minimum payout: dont mention Really... $40 for 1000 downloads? Even being only for USA and Russia, they are promising too much and explaining nothing. Actually, their rate system is a little confuse. I will not even try this site. midupload.com $0,002 per download ($2 per 1000) Payout via Paypal (don't say how long takes) Minimum payout: dont mention midupload.com only pays for files smaller than 200MB
Some additional (negative) infos: ugotfile: One download per IP address per day is counted. uploadspace.eu: horrible interface: each click = one pop-up turboupload: no infos on which countries are counted and how the rate for each is. flyfile.us: only 2GB storage space. uploadbox: only counts downloads from premium users: yes, you read it right, only premium users. Just got an email confirmation from them.
wow... thanks a lot for the info guys, guess after all we have few alternatives i will try to find a good alternative and report back edit: guys check this out Get paid $2.50 USD for every 1,000 views/downloads - You earn 1 point per file download/view - 1000 points = $2.5 USD - Payout via PayPal - $50 payout minimum - Payment is sent every month net 20 (20 days after the month ends) slingfile.com u can also upload images and will be counted!!!
I guess your files were deleted not because they contained porn but they might have been copyrighted material which might have been reported by someone.. Rapidshare, when deleting copyrighted files, keeps the signature of those files. When you re-upload the file again it says "file is blacklisted".. The advantage with Storage.to is that they don't keep the signature of the copyrighted files while deleting.. So you are free to (remote) upload the file again.. I received a mail from Storage.to stating that they removed some (around 10) of my files due to copyright issues.. I uploaded those files again & everything is fine now..
a_person, you did exellent job. Thank you very much. about my earnings..... yes it may be a good amount for a month, but you have to keep in mind that I already had my 'network' of boards that I was using by sharing hotfile links before I started using storage.to. Also with hotifle I had one big topic will most of the links inside that I was sharing. With storage.to I have 4 topics right now. I don't spam the boards with 1000's of 1-post-per-1-topic type of threads (which means that I don't use autoposters, and I do it all by myself). Also I am spending most of the 24 hrs time by 'refreshing' my topics with new material, so that my topic can be on first few pages of the boards. Offcourse my topics can't stay for too long on main page because there are lot of spammers (flooders) who use autoposter and your (mine) post get removed on 2nd, 3rd, 4th...page just in few soconds (I believe some visitors of this topic will recognize themselfs in this description, lol ). So it takes too much time to keep your own single topic (filled with posts) on first page. I have to guard it whole day. So considering how much effort I put in all this, 100 USD is not so big sum (but in general it isn't bad result at all). about rapidshare & megaupload.... ok, they might not ban you if they got reports of your files. They will only remove your links and not kick you out of the system. But guess what, they don't pay you in money. Yes, megaupload pay, but try to reach that money. And try to ask them to pay you...if you not in fear they will not ignore you like they are ignoring a lot of ppl. You can read complaing on biggest wrz board in tutorial section and 'flooding your megaupload points' topic. About rapidshare...recently they started to offer you payment for every premium that your links managed to sold. I have 10 eur there, but I will not ask for that because rapidshare stated that you have to wait 4-6 weeks while they in the meantime check if your files honor there ToS. So...no way. And for the rest of hosters who pay you for upload (download)...they just need an excuse to get you banned and not pay you money. Again, RS and MU offer you points that you use to get another month of premium. That's why they don't care too much about your files. Someone report your files, they delete them, and they don't care about your account anymore. Until someone again report your files, and they erase them again, and then move there attention to other side. Because...they need you, to make ppl buying new premiums. Why would they ban you when you already doing a good job for them. Few of these hosters that you checked might support ePassporte but you have to ask them. Strange thing is that they don't mantion that officially, so you might end up not being paid at the end. But they could have told me that so they could use me as a 'worker' to spread there links. For instance, sharingmatrix told me that they support ePassporte. So if they do support it, why didn't they put that info on there own page? That is strange. Also, I agree what you said about up-file.com. The price is too good to be true. Also, most of Russian hosters are already banned on biggest boards. So if I can, I will 'dodge' them. @planlos: Thanks for your negative feedback of these hosters you mantion. I want to hear more negative things that I could experience with some hoster, before I start working with them. thx @george101:...about slingfile.com ... I believe they will pay you. Why? Because they would reward you with very small about per 1000 downloads. Also, you need to have at least 50$ to receive your money. That means you gonna work hard before they pay you. They don't promise easy money, so I believe once you got 50$ you will get your money. But I don't like them because it will take a much more time to achive that number. @hsirah86: Yes, they were copyrighted. So I didn't even tried to complain. I know about rapidshare. They keep hash records of every file, so if you or anyone else try to uplaod the same file in the future you woudn't be able to do that because file is already blacklisted the first time it was reported to rapidshare. That's why ppl add dummy files in file archives, to change the size of the file. (but I am sure you know that) And off corse, the advantage with storage.to is that they don't keep records of the reported files, yet. Maybe in future they will.
sharingmatrix: only 1 download per IP is counted for 24 Hours. depositfiles: only 1 download per IP is counted for 24 Hours. qubecash: free-user speed is capped at 40 kb/s (usually you get around 20-25 kb/s). They offer an Internet Explorer only plugin to open several connection and get a higher downloadspeed, but that plugin installs ad-aware too. freakshare: 1 download per IP every 200 min.
planlos, thx for the info. about sharingmatrix...they say this: I think they talk about one specific file. But if you download diffrent file same day they will count that as a 2nd point. I think it's ok. It prevents tricks. If you downloaded one file, why would you download it again? The only reason is that you want to make proffit out of it. You can download again the same file, but that will not be counted. I think that is fair (if it is as I described).
I hope you will share your experience with depositfiles later here. Anyway, I was thinking also about depositfiles, but that hoster is baned on few big boards. It also play a game with free users by telling them that 'all coutnry slots are currently in use', so ppl don't like that hoster that much. But I think they will pay you. btw. Does they have remote upload option?
