I checked it, and everytime I read about any russian hoster, I am more sure that I will not use it. I alrady heard on other places that they shave downloads. But let wait until you request payment, and see what happens.

The hoster that shaves your downloads cannot be called trusted. And from what I read in that DF topic, they offer 30 kb/s for free users. Also, from my experiance, I remember lot of time seeing that 'all slots for your coutry are in use, try again later' kind of a message.
but 30Kbps speed is not a problem for small files and that "all slots for your coutry are in use, try again later" was a long before, i think, when megaupload was also showing such messages. i have never seen such a msg lately i dont knw abt shaving downloads. lets wait and watch. if its not good then i will have to find a new host and as u said, there are not many
Yes, lets wait. The only thing that I like is that they 'caunt' 1 MB files downloads. I am in a search for a good hoster for files between 1-90 MB.
Got another payment which I requested on Monday.. It was same as last week.. It seems if we request on Monday, we'll be paid on Friday.. Thats 3 working days, which is absolutely fine..
It is how long they say it will take. I only requested for payout once and took 6 days, but it is ok. They were busy that time. Is anyone having problems accessing Storage.to now? I just can't access the site. I pinged the server and it answered fine: Minimum = 61ms, Maximum = 63ms, Average = 61ms. But the site is not loading.
hope they fix it soon. btw am now platinum in HF and i havent uploaded for weeks. simply jumped from copper to platinum. i have just 100downloads perday in HF. any one else with the same experience?
Tomorrow it will be full month since I lended on a copper level. Also it is already 1 month from the last time I uploaded something on hotfile. So yes... 'almost' the same experience, except for that tiny difference that I am still on copper while you are on platinum. & It doesn't matter, I am not uploading on hotfile anymore, but sure I will give them a bad feedback every time I have few seconds to type. Oh, there is another second coming... let's type again something bad about hotfile. (just kidding)
i also left HF the day they made me Bronze. after that i just uploaded a 5mb file on 2009-08-02 bcoz i was on silver, on which i got some 200 downloads, nothing else. i havent removed my previous files even though they are buried deep down in the internet and now am platinum
As usual I requested a payout this Monday, expecting it to be in my PayPal acct on Friday.. To my surprise it has been approved within 24 hrs.. Made a request on Monday might, by Tuesday evening my PayPal acct was credited.. Anyone got a payout approved so soon?
Is ther eanyone who received recently any mail from storage.to ? It really annoy me when I ask something and cannot get respond from hsoter's support. And I must say that is a practice with all new hosters. It looks like they just ignoring you or they don't care.
