15min between downloads. No amount of MB peer day for IP. Speeds ? Depends on time. I test them and saw: 256KB from 00:00 to 11:00 AM (european time zone GTM+1) 128KB from 11:00 (AM) to 05:00 (PM) (european time zone GTM+1) 65KB from 05:00 to 10:00 (PM) (european time zone GTM+1) 128KB from 10:00 to 00:00 (PM) (european time zone GTM+1)
Are downloads from all countries counted? BTW just got this info from uploadspace: We count peer downloads, so if your IP download 4 times - you will get 4 counts.
planlos, I asked 5 questions UploadSpace. At least 4 of the answers may be the answers you are looking for. Why is that hard to check the previous page and find the answers?
It's Russian. I don't like Russian hosters, because with them there are always some shady operations behind your back. And most of russian hosters are baned on big boards.

I don't know - but seems like many users have to downloads from them and the owners decided to slow down speeds for anonymous/free users to guarante top speeds for premium members.
