Stopping users load 2 or more pages at the same time

    i was wondering on how to stop users on my web site loading 2 or more pages at the same time.

    any tips or scripts that i could use would be a great help.

    to stop a user from opening two pages (excalty how it sounds 2/two pages or more) at the same time on the same site.
    the multi browser issue i can solve.

    E.G: seeing as i can see more and more qestions on what i mean.
    you go to a site you click home link and at the same time click the messages link.
    i want to stop users from doing exactly that.. opening 2 pages/tabs/windows (whatever you call them) on the same site at the same time.
