So if I understand correctly you would have the employees pay from their salaries for bandwidth usage and maybe investigate for further administrative actions for unsavory content visitations? Seems, a tad bit Orwellian with a hint of capitalism.. I like it...lol
I know a company that did this. Every month they would send a site wide email with the most visit sites and the worst offenders, name & shame as they would say.
