How do you stop a seller from collecting a reoccurring payment from you via the PayPal website? I've already put in a claim that says the seller never followed through on what he promised. Now how do I stop him from collecting from me again?
Login to your Paypal Account, click History subtab, show only Subscription and click Details to view your subscription details. At the bottom of the page, Click Cancel Subscription.
With Paypal's recent updates, January 25th I think, they now require you to cancel this 3 days before the scheduled subscription payment is due be taken out. You used to be able to do it the day before it was due, which might still work, but they specifically changed it to 3 days for a reason. So the sooner you do it, the better. Jen
