Stop words in anchor text

I have a niche for example "shows for women".
Which anchor text is better for backlinking---- "shows for women' or 'shows women'.
I agree to optimize for 'shows for women'.But if I use 'for' (stop word) in anchor text will it harmful for my ranking? What is the better way to avoid stop words?

    Any suggestions or help?

So target that keyphrase. There is no issue with using "for" in the anchor text.

Just use for meaning, don't think about stop words.

stop words in kws are easily considered by search engines so you use them..but make sure they you do not use them in title.
