Well, I stopped serving adbrite ads on my site and delete all the zones but they keep sending me message that there are advertisers buy ads on my site. I've emailed them but never get a response.

it sounds like he is not displaying ads that an advertiser has payed up front for he should be obligated to display the ads until they expire.

If these advertisers have paid you to show the ads then you should display the ads and if these are just notification mails that there are some advertisers who want to buy ads and you dont want to serve adbrite then I guess you can block the email address.

mmmm I don't know why they'd be buying ad's or even renewing them, unless they're lazy and not researching where they're purchasing ad's from...

You can knock back the advertisers who buy ad's and leave a message why you knocked them back.

it is not advertisers buying direct ads.
2 things that you can do is to get removed from the directory, have zero impressions for 3 days(you need at least 5 impressions each of the 3 days) or delete the zone.
it is a bug that keeps sending you emails about network ads that need to be approved when you un-check auto approve ads.
since the zones are deleted,he can't check auto approve again. ;)

i too was sick of the emails, but now i have auto approve checked and i just reject the ads that have been shown.it is better for me anyway.

Thats no reason for other people to stop using Adbrite..
However for me I don't like Adbrite either. I think this ad-network is more suited for a Site with a very low Alexa Ranking. Like newgrounds.com for example uses Adbrite and Charges $4,400.00 for 7 day text link.

No, I have to approve their ads in order to get paid. But I don't use adbrite anymore. Most ads are from porno sites. I don't see an option to disable our site from adbrite directory :-(

In my experience AdBrite sucks all around - both as a publisher and as an advertiser (I've been on both ends.)

Adbrite is awful, really low quality clicks that mean nothing.
