Its obvious to have remained in pending state.

9th withdrawal should get confirmation from paypal in 2-4 days..

    9th- Friday --- Requested
    10th- Sat -- Processing
    11th- Sun - No process - Holiday??
    12th- Mon - Processing/Approval??
    13th-Tue - Processing/Approval/Initiated for Bank Transfer?

    ---
An intelligent approach is to always make a bank transfer/withdrawal request on Monday. :)

Well its none of my business to what's happening with withdrawals. My explanation was based on the experience of when paypal and banks behaved/behave normally since I have been using paypal from 5-6 years now. :)

Just on the basis of emails that just few users have received and not every user, confirm it to me on the Paypal blog, Paypal page or Paypal account policy if anything that's floating around the forum true?

Its indeed a glitch by paypal hence only a few people have received a piece of unverified information of an uncertain origin. :)

I do pray I am right and all the crap in the forum is just rumor else forsure a lot of Indian business online suffers!

Yes,humm are right. We must wait for Paypal to update new rules on their blog and not to believe such false rumours.
I pray to God that these rules are not real otherwise Indians will suffer a huge loss.

Ok now for the email received from paypal to some members that to make online payment, you need to fund using CC. Has anyone made any payments and confirmed the same? I have been making payments and it says Funding Source: Paypal Balance.

    Please confirm.

Guys after contacted the Paypal support team regarding the Payment status pending issue , I have received this answer from Paypal:
    Thank you for contacting PayPal.

I have checked your account and I saw that you are referring to a
withdrawal made to your Indian bank account amounting to Rs.12, 082.98
INR dated April 9, 2010 and still showing as 'pending'.

We are aware of this issue and I sincerely regret the inconvenience it
has caused you. Our technicians are working to resolve this matter. We
    appreciate your patience and understanding.

Electronic Transfers from your PayPal account to your bank account
usually take 5-7 business days to post to your bank account. An
Electronic Fund Transfer is not the same as a Wire Transfer; it is a
group of payments electronically transferred to participating depository
    financial institutions.

We hope you understand our situation and thank you for your patience.
We’re available to answer any questions you might have.  Thank you for
choosing PayPal for your online payment needs.  We appreciate your
    business.

    Sincerely,
    Rex

Thanks sweatlana for your post, probably the line: 'Electronic Transfers from your PayPal account to your bank account
usually take 5-7 business days to post to your bank account.' should answer the question asked by someone where to whats happening with his/her withdrawal on the 7th or 8th. :)

If you are using paypal for so many years as you said then you will understand it never take 5-7 bsuiness days and withdraws comes in ORDER and never delayed Status update to COMPLETED.
