So, yea I like to click that "new posts" button to see what's been happening. But, the first two pages are filled with two people copy and pasting the same hello message to all the newbies! I wanna read webmaster stuff!!!! Anyways, for the sake of my sanity... plz don't go overboard with the newbie introductions. What purpose does it serve to copy and paste the same message over and over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over again (annoying isn't it?)
Hey mdvaldosta welcome to the Digital Point Forums I know, people lay off. Once someone has been welcomed like 2 -3 times, I think the person gets the hint. After all we don't want to smother our newbies, now do we? Skinny
I have posted that sooooo many times... I hate that introduction forum. Worst thing was yesterday when some guy said he got pissed off and was leaving the forum, and 2 idiots posted welcoming him.
He did post he has an idea on how to stop it but has to code it. There are so many related complaint threads though. I further propose the following "Spam Attractor" threads get closed: Having Fun 3 Word Story Person After You They might have been fun for a few people but they are now just used to pad post counts and half the time make no sense. YART was rightfully closed as I am sure it annoyed a lot of people but at least it had some redeeming value in $2,000 worth of prizes
