Stop people linking directly to my files!

Not entirely sure if this is the right forum to be posting in but here it goes anyway...

I run a PC game demo site, and recently I have been getting people linking directly to the PC demos hosted on my site rather than the page that links to the file - therefore stealing my bandwidth. Is there any way to stop this?

 

you can use htaccess to stop hotlinking...just do a google.

just copy+paste it in to your .htaccess file and your good to go
