First off, thanks for all the great advice ... i really didn't know that abusing google would do the trick??? amazing it worked ... just as you guys above said ...

So to anyone who has the same question place this in your robots.txt file ...

User-agent: google bot
Disallow: get a life google and stop looking at me ... i much prefer yahoo!x

It works !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So as the big man im now CLOSING THIS THREAD .... THE PROBLEM IS FIXED.

robots.txt is good, also look into .htaccess editing for more advanced things you may need in the future
