I am regularly access my blog for checking content, preview content etc (daily above 50 pages).

My friend suggests that “accessing your own blog with Google adsense ads on your own computer (computer used to reg Google adsense) reduce your adsense earnings (click value).

    It is true?

How to stop displaying Google adsense ads on my blog (my computer)?

it is very possible, if you view your page a lot. adsense basis their payout on views+clicks-bid amount.

in short, they do it this way to make sure you make less than they do. it doesnt matter if the client pays $0.75/click you will only make $0.1-$0.25 of that

Is this only when I see my ads ? Or whenever I have many impressions, the clicks ae less paid ?

So that means, if I have 1000 impressions I will be paid for one click more than if I have 20.000 impressions ?

If this is the case, can I just create many adsense ads, and display them randomly in my website ? So the 20.000 will become 2000 + 2000 + 2000 ... 10 different ads, every one with it's own impressions and earnings.

In my reports, when impressions are up, eCPM is down.

Impressions created as a result of normal maintenance of your blog/site are not going to have an impact. One way to block ads from displaying is just to create an entry in a hosts file. Job done.

Never heard of any such thing before, but if you keep on visiting your site a lot, you must install the adblock plugin on firefox :)

Just use one of the options provided ^^ and you'll be fine. But don't go refreshing your pages all day long...
