Here is the message I am getting:-

STOP: C0000021a {fatal system error}
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc00000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000)

Beginning physical memory dump
Physical memory dump completed

I have Windows XP and it will not boot to safe mode.
XP was already loaded on my pc when I bought it and they didnt give me it on disc so I cant try a re-boot. I believe I have malware or trojans that may have caused this problem.

Any help will be grately appreciated

Just need format your PC or reboot your PC.

I would just like to say u that upgrade you pc not the system has changed and most faster working pc has came in to market.Leave this one.
