stop ban my friend

    my friend in my university that user is "shimon333" - say to me that you give him ban - and the reason you say was this: You have been banned for the following reason:
    Multiple accounts are not allowed.

    Date the ban will be lifted: Never/

    but he told me that he never have another acount.
