    Why are you selling this site?
    I don't have the time that I thought I did when I took the website on.

    How is it monetized?
    There is advertising in the sidebar, but am not earning anything from it.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    I don't really spend any time on it, but it would require some work to get it an earning site.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    None really. I can see in the right hands, this could be a good site for a residual income.

    I have put this down as having unique content. Some of the articles are from article sites, but there are 30 unique articles on there.
