I got charged for my second magazine last week and haven't received it yet. I've emailed support to see when will it arrive. They never answer me back. I would have to say at this point that stompernet has the WORST support I've seen EVER! They don't answer you back at all. Even when you try the emails in the magazine itself no one ever answers back. Don't buy the product. Horrible and not worth the wait!
The second issue of NetEffect and the monthly DVD should arrive around November 11th. Agree that the support leaves a lot to be desired. Good luck!
I'm having an even bigger problem with StomperNet, to the point that they are actually committing illegal offences against us. We signed up for the free StomperNet and paid the freight. Then, when it didn't come, we decided to let that go and just cancel the subscription. We went through the official procedure to cancel our subscription and did so successfully, receiving confirmation emails that we had cancelled. Then, a few days ago, we were notified that StomperNet had charged us for the 2nd month subscription WEEKS AFTER we had cancelled. They are an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to operate.
It's funny to see that these HIGH respected gurus don't know how to run a business. Shameful indeed. Customer services now adays are horrible because these gurus want to save money buy paying people overseas to do it. If you have a business in America then USE american customer service. They should learn from the Japanese shoe company Zappos. They went from $0 to $800 MILLION Dollars within 7 years all thanks to their fantastic customer service. They make you go through 4 weeks of customer service program before you become part of their team. Stompernet is probably the WORST launch I've ever seen.
I think they have made a fortune and no longer care, they maded 18 million dollars in orders in 1st 24 hours in 2008 launch
yes i'm pretty pissed of aswell, its been 3 weeks so way since i ordered, and only today i receive a email saying my order was sent.
What do u mean they're the best - they're illegally charging me for products of which I have cancelled my membership for
