Stolen Text without credit

    I found a page in copyscape that duplicates one of my pages.
    The stolen text was created in 2001 and the duplicate page was created in 2004. They gave no credit.

    Email them and ask politely.

    Send cease and desist.

    Complain with their host.

    Legal action.

    Its ironic they would put a copyright notice on the bottom of their page, when they stole text from another site with a copyright notice at the bottom of the page.
