Have you guys crossed this yet? I think its the largest non profit site explosion I have ever witnessed.

And the story is hilarious, I've been following it since mid afternoon or so.

"When she put her SIM card in, she saw that the person(s) that had taken the phone had not only signed on to AOL leaving their name and password in the phone, but they had taken pictures of themselves"

Wait.. How does "she" have the sim card?

Some people are asking how we have their pics and AOL name. The way a Sidekick works, is that when you use it, all the data on it get’s uploaded automatically to the T-Mobile server. So pictures you have taken, AOL names and passwords u have used, etc are all on the server. So when my friend turned on her new Sidekick and put her new SIM card in, all the data downloaded on to her phone. And that’s how we have everything.

He still has some nuts for displaying their pictures. Personally I think the trade off in penalties doesn't add up, legally it's worse to upload a pic about some regular schmo's and rag on them, vs finding a sidekick and not returning it, unless the guy who posted the pics knows these people, OR it's in-fact him in the pics.. smells fishy to me, who knows.

Yup, i smell fish as well.

There were no donation links earlier, but now he has a Paypal donation button and a dedicated forum as well.

Either a publicity stunt or he is doing this for a quick buck.
