Stolen DP account

Hi, my friend mak4bd asked me for a favor. His DP account has been stolen during Christmas holidays.

Here is the mail he sent you before three days but nobody have answered:

this is mak4bd from bangladesh.i have been registered with dp and doing freelance designing and template designing. my registered mail address is:mak4bd@yahoo.com
my id in dp: mak4bd.  Last time I logged in was 4th dec and posted in this thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=5484592#post5484592

now when I try to log into the account I can’t. I tried the lost password option and it said my registering mail add with dp: mak4bd@yahoo.com is not valid. I also sent a mail through the contact admin option and also asking a friend of mine hightechlab solution to send this mail to a mod on behalf of me.

I am sure my account has been hacked caz I wasn’t out of town from 19th to 25th dec for eid. But that guy came online last time on 24th dec.

I know him personally. Nice guy. He has contacted with me in this regards. My personal request to Admin and all senior members to please help me to get back his account.

Only admins and mods can help him get out this situation. I myself have used VB. It has got the option to Change the password of any member, Mods might not have that option. But admins should help him getting out of this situation as he is contributer member of DP. If his ID gets handed back to him hackers will be discouraged for doing this act again, so i think it is necessary for admins to change the password and handover the ID to him. Off course Investigation is important part, so Admins should investigate before taking any action.
I wish original owner should get his account back

Is the problem solved for mak4bd? I have used his graphics design service . I have found him very nice guy. Another vote for him from me and request to admin to help him to regain his account , if it is not yet resloved
