Someone from DP has stolen my domain www.moulos.com
Do you know anybody here if godaddy could do something about that?
Also do you recognise who is this parked domains company , to sent them an email about the fact?
Thank you very much in advance :)

Ok yah, not much you can do besides contact them. I thought you were going to say you didn't have your domain locked or something. Hope it sorts out.

I've been hearing some bad things about Godaddy recently (and I've used them as a registrar). Give it a shot, talk to Godaddy, but I doubt it'll make a difference. Sorry. :(

The 'purchaser', if you want to call the POS that, did a 'chargeback' with his CC after the straw purchase. So PP had to give the money back to the POS's CC. They then take it back from you. You lose that, and often the domain too.

Your best option is to call an attorney and get them to send a note to GoDaddy and PayPal. This will help you 10x, trust me I've been there....

Most attorneys charge you about $100.00 to do that...

You definitely have a legal right to the domain since your agreement was contingent upon payment. But like it says above, you'll have to get a lawyer to help you get it back. Good luck.

This is should be paypal fault, because how can you see if someone is a scam? If is a scam, he should have any paypal accout.

Get a lawyer man.. If its a $900 domain/site, spending one hundred to get it back is worth the effort definitely and it will give you mental peace and added confidence. I hate scammers!

I wish you good luck in getting your domain back. And also please post the ID of the scammer, so that he wouldn't cheat the others too. I guess DP can do something about that. Ban him forever from the forum and his IP, for example. Well, the guys know better what to do. I'm sure somebody will help you in the long run. Don't give up.

    All the best,
