Stolen Domain Name!!

I signed up for a reseller web hosting account about a year ago that came with Free Domain registration for 2 years.

After about 4 months of good service, their SQL server went down so my PHP SQL site was down. I tried contacting support through email and their online help system and never got a response.

So I had to frantically swith providers. However, my main name I registered was on enom, and even though I was listed for all the contact information, I had no access to change the name servers.

I did not really use the name as one of my main accounts, so I just registered the .net version and figured I would get back to it. Now my former host is no where to be seen. No website, nothing. I eventually emailed enom support since the host was an enom reseller and got the response from them that I need to contact Modern Bill as it was sent through them for purchase.

I have tried to contact Modern Bill several times and received no response.

    Any suggestions?

How long have you been waiting to hear back from ModernBill? It normally takes a while to hear back from them, and probably even longer since they will need to investigate before they can respond to you.
