I was hosted on JOECOOL6101's server for awhile, and when he got his 3rd copyright notice, it got shut down. His host sent him a full backup of the server, which included my work. He has since taken the database for my site, and put it on his; www.watchxonline.com How badly can I sue this ass?
HAHAHAHHAHA, I'm sorry that is too funny. The problem is it was an accident. But if you informed him by registered letter and cease and desist letters. You can take his domain from him in a lawsuit. If you want to go that far.
I dont want to go that far; I have spoken to him, it seems that it was accidentally placed when he was putting his backup on his site; Please disregard this post, Joecool has been wonderful to work with regarding this problem. My database has been removed from his site and all is well.
I agree entirely, I was very very angry, because I have known him for a long time. Glad it could be worked out quickly. As you could tell from my first post, I was angry, haha. But joecools a good guy, and he didnt give me any problems at all.
