Well, you're 1st "approach" (that had to do with leaving immature comments) isn't going to get you anywhere and you pretty much blew it for any future correspondences being taken seriously. I've had plenty of people try and steal my content and have had all stolen content removed within hours of sending copyright infringement emails. Although, don't bother sending warning emails or a cease and desist, if you don't plan to follow through.
I find it interesting that this problem seems so much worse here then it is in other forums I participate in. This makes me think that there are lurkers or members here who perpetrating these copyright violations. There needs to be a concerted effort made to trace the relationships to these sites and then take measures to cut them off from this site and getting the copied sites taken down. If people work together in an organized way these sites, that are built from stolen material, can be forced off the Internet. Ideally this would be done by filing enough complaints with web hosting providers that they terminate the accounts in question. Most web hosting providers depend upon copyright protections themselves and are receptive to the plight of those who's works were stolen. We simply need to convince web hosts that having zero tolerance for plagiarism is the right thing to do and a best business practice.
I came across one post on the blog, and it;s link to the thread starter, which is, if you read, you are really sure that the thread starter is the owner of that fucking blog :
I hope everyone is flagging his blog. Maybe if enough people flag it, Google will take notice and do something about it. Also have people been using the "Ads by Google" link to report that the ads are being displayed on stolen content. Maybe if enough noise is caused, his AdSense account will get axed.
Everything is a matter of IPs, get them, find out his website, blog, IP of them, his real IP, maybe he uses adsense.. time is not a factor to make somebody "dead" , accurate moves and seriousity Expertu fute-l pe sugaciasu mortii
The theft of whole sites, or whole site themes, is becoming a major problem. I know of at least 3 people who have contacted me who got their sites ripped off by people here at DP (because these guys are also DP members, and they have mentioned how well they're doing with their sites in other threads). I would advise everyone to be really careful about bragging about how well their site is doing, because there are some unethical punks here (and elsewhere, of course). I know it's hard not to share with our fellow DP'ers about how well our great new site ventures are going, but sometimes it's better not to...
Thats true, I hope stealing websites won't become a profession in the future.. most of the people choose the easiest way..
This is not a priority now .. Blogger didn't responded anyway.. I want to send another e-mail .. What is the Blogger abuse e-mail ?
