    I need your advice.

I accidentally noticed that several pages of my site (aromatherapypoint.com) have been stolen and published on http://www.binaryalpha.edu.my/e-marketing/cohort2/06968586/essential_oil.htm

I tried to send an email to them to tell to remove the "plagiarized material" but the email on "contact us" doesn't work  I can't find who is because of it is edu domain.

What shall I do? Pls help. I am worried

Have you tried Aaron Alammalay (email: )? It's going to be a tough one as the school is in Malaysia. Best.

P.S. on a side note and not related to your issue, technically this is not an .EDU domain, but a ccTLD.

Here is the page with all contact information - http://www.binaryalpha.edu.my/bss/contact.html You may want to call them up as it's often more effective than sending an email.
P.S. The email above belongs the webmaster, but contacting the school administrator could be more appropriate in this case. Hope everything works out.

Send them both a Cease and Desist letter. Jeffrey Cohen might be able to help you with it

You seem to be posting links to this website often. Are you an affiliate getting commission on your referrals?

well not really - I guess it considers on what you consider is high.
No, I just have met him at a conference and spoke with him. He is a nice guy and very helpful. He gave me some advice and I gave him some advice.

When I find a company that has helped me in the past, I tend to stick with them and tell other people. Best form of advertising a lot of people think - word of mouth.

Yes, I know word of mouth on the forums can unfortunately seem like advertising. But people really should not be coming to a forum for professional legal advice. There are attorneys for that. I met one and know one. And that is my advice - use an attorney.

And actually I referred another attorney in this thread since it was relating to adult. I know Mr Belville as well in that industry

Thanks for the explanation. Your referral carries more weight if you are not an affiliate getting paid for the referral.

I actually saw he does have an affiliate program (never bothered to read the footer).

But I am not signed up or anything. Actually, I am only signed up on a handful of affiliate sites, usually too much work because the company might change URLs, go belly up, etc
