Stolen Content - How do I determine their ISP?

I just discovered some site has copied entire pages from one of my websites.

The site was also hotlinking to my images, but I just stopped that via htaccess.

I want to determine who their ISP is so I can send some sort of cease & desist. I've never done this before, and I'm having trouble figuring out exactly who is the ISP from the WHOIS.

The thieving website is www .tuttoquanto.com. Would someone be able to look at the WHOIS and tell me who is the ISP? Then I could view the WHOIS again and see from where you are getting this information.

    Thank you.

    Step One:

Contact the guy and demand he remove all contents immediately.

    No Satisfaction?

    Step Two:

Contact his host and request they put a stop to it immediately. (Also forward the email you sent to the guy).

    No Satisfaction?

    Step Three:

Contact the data center, let them know that you contacted the site owner and his host to no avail.

If still there is no satisfaction ... call your lawyer.

    - Also be sure to keep ALL emails to and from these people.
    - Take screen shots.
    - Keep your logs and any other form of evidence you have.

Im sorry this has happened to you and I hope i have helped.

    - Danni
