    Hi DP Family,

CAn I legally submit a DMCA request if my article was used without my permission and spun from EzineArticles? Please advise.

You can make the DMCA take down request, but unless you have legal proof that the article is yours, I don't think whoever stole it has to actually take it down.

Sounds like copyright infringement to me. On the plus side, Google has now demonstrated beyond any reasonable doubt that it can detect spun content. So the thief probably won't get the kind of benefits he was hoping for. More likely, his site will get a downgrade penalty.
