But the site is up again.... I just checked the link and mirrorload.net is working... I would suggest that you buy mirrorload.com and set it to redirect to your site... that's a better and easy way of getting traffic that might go to him,....
Yes, the site is up again though he removed the main site graphics and made some edits to other graphics. Also, I got a mail from him apologizing for what he has done.
Thanks for the share, Any way...i think your blog is very good. But, sorry. I don't have an advice to you.
Everyone is saying his domain is suspended however it shows that it is still online. Good luck though on getting everything straightened out Dimitri
I'm assuming the WHOIS information is at least accurate as far as the countries are concerned. I can't help but chuckle about the irony of what appears to be a non-US citizen using US law to take down another non-US citizen. It's definitely a nice change of pace from all the stuff I see about non-US hosts being used to circumvent DMCA notices.
These things are a pain in the butt. You are lucky that their hosting was decent enough to take care of this.
He still uses the same buttons, and the same design. He did send an apology email means he doesn't want legal trouble (yea i know how much a pain in the @$$ is it) so reply to him, and tell him to change the whole design, else you would pursue again... Refer him to cheap designers and stuff...
