Are there any american stock market broker firm affiliate programs? I mean with companies like E-trade, ameritrade, interactivebrokers and so on. You know, NYSE,AMEX,NASDAQ stock brokers. I am affiliate for all the important german stock brokers but can't seem to find any for the US markets.
