    Que1 : still we need to withdrew in 7 days? is this rule still apply for india?

    Que 2 : i am still confused about refund. i cannot send money via paypal then how can i give refund ? if it will cut from credit card hen 2 times i need pay currency conversion charge and if i want to refund 1 $ then ? currency conversion charge more then that ?

    Auto withdrawal seems to be active on some PayPal accounts. For some reason, funds are not getting auto withdrawn from my PayPal account.

    When there is balance, then refund it. It would take money from your balance. But if its not then you will have to use CC.

    I dont understand what paypal is doing, sometimes i get autowithdral within 24 hours and sometimes it will stay for 3-4 days i think paypal should make policy clear to people

    I think they are doing daily withdrawl i dont think whats happening in indian accounts they should take this one seriously daily transaction is so bad
